Updates the Microsoft Foundry documentation index files to reflect the latest changes from Microsoft Learn.

What changed

  • URL update: Base URL changed from /azure/ai-foundry/ to /azure/foundry/ following the Microsoft Foundry rebrand
  • Parameter removed: The ?view=foundry query parameter is no longer required
  • 300 pages indexed: Regenerated llms.txt and llms-full.txt across 17 sections
  • Script improvements: Updated scraper scripts to use Python stdlib urllib for the TOC fetch (no aiohttp dependency required)
